- By car: Lake Point Tower basement, entrance from Cluster N. First two hours validated at reception.
- By taxi: ask for Lake Point Tower, JLT Cluster N. Drop-off is at the lobby doors.

Where exactly do I park?
Use the Lake Point Tower basement entrance from Cluster N. Take a ticket, park on B1 or B2, and bring the ticket to reception: we validate the first two hours. If the basement is full, the Almas Tower public car park is a four-minute walk.
Can I book for my whole family in one visit?
Yes, and it is the most popular way to book after 5pm. Tell us how many people and their ages and we will put you in adjacent slots so nobody waits around.
What should I bring to a first appointment?
Emirates ID, your insurance card, a list of any medication you take, and any X-rays taken elsewhere in the last two years. We handle the rest before you arrive.
